We work on two complementary fronts. As an M&A boutique, we lead valuation, sale, merger, acquisition and fundraising, always on the owner’s side of the table. As Business Advisory, we step into strategy, governance and the decision structure so the company grows with method, not in a panic. We serve everyone from startups to large multinationals.

We tell the truth the team sometimes does not have the courage to say. No spin and no flattery. The work rests on proprietary methodologies, developed and refined over more than a decade, that turn diagnosis into decision and decision into results.
